David Coale Talks about new COVID-19 Protocols for Federal Workers

President Biden recently announced updated rules for federal workers that requires new testing, masking and social distancing guidelines because of the rise in COVID-19 cases in the nation. LPHS constitutional law attorney and partner David Coale explains the president does have a right to set workplace conditions.

“As the president you wear many hats. Here he is wearing his hat as CEO of a very big employer and saying here is the way it’s going to be in our workplace.”
