After the U.S. Capitol riots, some lawmakers from both political parties blamed President Trump and started discussing the possibility of invoking the 25^th Amendment. LPHS partner David Coale explained the 25^th Amendment to KTVT CBS 11 Dallas, which he said would be difficult to accomplish.

“It’s by design very hard to do. The vice president has to obtain written consent from a majority of cabinet officials.”
