Several Texas women are challenging the state’s abortion ban. Their suit raises issue with a clause that states a doctor may only perform an abortion if they believe that patient has a life-threatening condition due to a pregnancy that puts the patient at critical risk. LPHS attorney David Coale sat down with Fox 4 to give his reaction and predictions for how this case with pan out.

He said, “These are real people that have had real effects, and will that change the legal analysis? I don't know. But it's a very different kind of evidence then what we've looked at before in these cases.”
