The 2026 Best Law Firms rankings are out, and LPHS has earned Tier One recognition in eight practice areas, reaffirming its reputation as one of the region's most respected litigation firms. 

For the North Texas region, LPHS earned Tier One recognition in:

Best Law Firms consideration is available only to those firms with at least one attorney recognized in the current edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Earlier this year, 13 LPHS attorneys were named to the 2026 Best Lawyers list, while four litigators were recognized among the publication’s “Ones to Watch,” which honors promising attorneys early in their careers.

In addition, Michael K. Hurst was named “Lawyer of the Year” in Real Estate Litigation for Dallas-Fort Worth for the third time in four years.
