David Coale, LPHS appellate partner, joined Scripps News to discuss the Supreme Court taking up President Trump’s immunity case after the DC Circuit Court rejected his initial claim.

“[The Supreme Court’s] perspective is different than our perspective because we’re thinking about the election that’s coming up,” explained Mr. Coale. “They’re thinking about the Office of the President: today, tomorrow, a hundred years from now, that’s the kind of issue we have in this case.”
