Chris Patton Launches "Download–A Field Guide for Young Lawyers"

LPHS partner Chris Patton is sharing his legal expertise through a new Litigation Journal series entitled "Download–A Field Guide for Young Lawyers." The guide will be published every summer and sent by email directly to American Bar Association members.

"Most of the time, trial skills transfer to younger lawyers by osmosis, on the fly," Chris wrote in the announcement. "This is an attempt to impart that guidance directly, one practical topic at a time."

While his primary audience is early-career lawyers, Chris also says the series can serve longer-term practitioners as a review of litigation fundamentals.
