Jared Eisenberg Named Partner
Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann has announced that Jared Eisenberg has been named a partner in the firm.
Mr. Eisenberg represents companies and individuals in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Mr. Eisenberg has a proven record of success, achieving wins for his and the firm’s clients both in and out of the courtroom.
“Jared has shown an innate ability to successfully work with clients in challenging cases across a broad range of industries and issues,” says Eric Pinker, the firm’s managing partner. “His commitment to his clients, and to the firm, is outstanding, and we are pleased to make this announcement.”
Before joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Eisenberg clerked for Chief District Judge Barbara M.G. Lynn of the Northern District of Texas and practiced at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He has been recognized as one of D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers Under 40,” honored as a Texas “Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters, and named to the Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” list.
Mr. Eisenberg earned his law degree, with high honors, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree, with high honors, from Tulane University.
