Following the Biden Administration lawsuit against Texas over the state's floating border barriers, LPHS attorney David Coale joined Steven Dial to give analysis.

"The Constitution tells Congress to come up with a national immigration policy, and the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the federal government when this kind of dispute has come up in the past," Coale explained to Fox 4.

Coale anticipates the case may end up in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, which he says "[could] draw the attention of the Supreme Court."
