Southern Methodist University invited Lynn Pinker Cox & Hurst partner, and former national college debate champion, David Coale to speak at the inaugural Podius Debate on September 29, 2016. Podius, the largest funder of debate programs in America, has begun a nationwide series of public debates to show that controversial issues can be argued in a professional and respectful way. The topic was: Affirmative Action; Policies Harm Those They Intend to Help. A video of the entire debate will be available soon on the Podius website.
