Texas Supreme Court Justice Eva Guzman announced her decision to resign from the bench effective Friday, June 11. LPHS appellate partner David Coale reflects on her legacy to Texas Lawyer.

“She comes well-prepared, and she comes well-armed,” said Mr. Coale. “She brought a lot of enthusiasm for it, and you don’t see that every day. That is going to be missed.”
