The leak of a Supreme Court draft opinion on abortion case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization has created many questions regarding its release. The draft opinion indicates the court will move to overturn Roe v. Wade. LPHS appellate partner David Coale spoke to reporters about the consequences of the leak and what this means for the case moving forward.
