Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against four battleground states in the 2020 election and has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review the lawsuit. Seventeen other attorneys general have announced support for the lawsuit, in addition to President Trump. LPHS appellate partner David Coale talked to KLIF News & Information in the Morning, KXAN NBC Austin and KDFW FOX 4 Good Day and says this lawsuit is a “remarkable request to make of a federal court.”
