Hurst and Pinker Again Named Super Lawyers 2026 Top Lawyers in Texas

LPHS partners Michael K. Hurst and Eric Pinker, have been again named as Top 100 attorneys in Texas by Super Lawyers. This year marks Michael’s 20th year of recognition by Texas Super Lawyers and Eric’s 16th.

LPHS partner Michael K. Hurst has also been named among the 2026 Top 5 Business Litigation Lawyers in Texas by the editors of Super Lawyers. 

The lists’ multiphase selection process involves peer nominations, independent research and peer evaluations. The complete list of attorneys, firms and respective practice areas are available here.

Earlier this year, 20 LPHS attorneys were selected for the 2026 edition of Texas Super Lawyers and Texas Rising Stars, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in the state. The publication announces the top attorneys and firms in September of each year.
