David Coale Discusses President Biden’s Vaccine Mandate

President Biden announced new vaccine mandates requirements for employers, including federal workers and private businesses with more than 100 workers to slow infections of the Delta Variant. LPHS constitutional law attorney David Coale:

“Politically, the president has to be confident now that he is not going to get a backlash. If he tells a whole bunch of people, you must do this, they are not going to take to the streets and protest.”
