David Coale comments on one of the most significant Texas Supreme Court cases of 2018. The court held, in a 6-3 ruling in April, that North Cypress Medical Center could not keep secret its insurance reimbursement rates from uninsured patients. Coale expressed his surprise regarding the unusual split decision from the court in saying,

“In the health care world, this is a really big deal.”
