The Texas Supreme Court is reviewing a case involving the Electric Reliability Council of Texas or ERCOT and if the organization is entitled to sovereign immunity after being accused of intentionally manipulating electricity demand projections. LPCH partner David Coale talked to the Houston Chronicle:
