LPHS partner David Coale joined the “Morning Rush” broadcast on the nationally syndicated Scripps News Service to discuss the pending U.S. Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity. In the interview he predicted the Court is approaching the issue with a long-term view of the scope of presidential powers.

“I think they’re going to try to make some type of statement for this case and the ages as far as ‘here are the rules, the principles we’re going to follow.’ They’re going to want to make a statement here that goes beyond the Donald Trump presidency.”
