The firm’s David Coale appeared on the nationally syndicated “Morning on Merit Street” to discuss the implications of the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling upholding the FDA’s regulation of mifepristone, the so-call abortion drug.

“I think what Justice Kavanaugh is telegraphing here is ‘we’re just out of this business.’ The challenge is going to be when you start going across state lines and one state tries to regulate another state. That may get back in the courts.”
