Chris Akin, a longtime partner of Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann and a highly experienced business litigator, has been named general counsel for the firm. In this important role Chris will monitor and respond to any ethical and client management issues for the firm, as well as oversee other administrative and operational matters.
