Gloria C. Cangé

Gloria C. Cangé joined LPHS as an Associate in 2024 and represents clients in a broad-based litigation practice including breach of contract litigation, commercial leasing disputes, and fierce advocacy on behalf of unsecured creditor committees.

Gloria graduated with her B.S. in Legal Studies from St. John's University where she was a recipient of a Scholastic Excellence Scholarship and went on to receive her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2022. While at Northwestern Law, Gloria served as the Co-President of OUTLaw, interned at the Children and Family Justice Center through the Bluhm Legal Clinic, and acted as a Research Assistant.

Prior to joining LPHS, Gloria practiced commercial litigation at White & Case LLP in Chicago, where she supported significant trial wins and drafted key legal documents in high-stakes cases involving international clients, and co-authored client alerts on major legal developments.

Gloria has a strong commitment to pro bono work and advocated as a Guardian ad Litem in the Cook County Court system while in Chicago. Her dedication to community service is further evidenced by her year with AmeriCorps NCCC, where she logged over 1700 hours of community service rebuilding homes in Corpus Christi, TX after Hurricane Harvey and leading summer camps for the children of the Cherokee Nation in Tahlequah, OK.

Gloria is fluent in conversational French and Haitian Creole. On the weekends you can find her attending symphony orchestras and kayaking with her dog Boba.
