Farsheed Fozouni
Associate
Dallas native Farsheed Fozouni is an Associate Attorney at Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann specializing in Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation.
Before joining LPHS, Farsheed represented employers and high-level executives in employment litigation matters as a Senior Attorney at Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons L.L.P. He also handled commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation, including breaches of contract, trademark disputes, trade secret misappropriation, and various other commercial disputes.
Farsheed received a BA in International Relations with a minor in Chemistry from Austin College, before going on to graduate cum laude with a JD from the SMU Dedman School of Law. He served as Executive Editor for the SMU Law Review Association, while simultaneously publishing his own work pertaining to federal law regarding the Hague Convention on Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction in 2014. He was also awarded Best Brief for Appellant and Best Oral Advocate in Round in the Jackson Walker Moot Court Competition.
He is now licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the Dallas Bar Association.
Farsheed is fluent in Farsi and enjoys reading Persian poetry and literature. He also enjoys learning new languages and discovering new places; when he’s not in the courtroom, you’ll find him traveling anywhere a plane will go.

- Olibas v. Native Oilfield Services, LLC, et al., 838 F.3d 442 (5th Cir. 2016) – Affirming jury verdict and subsequent judgment for unpaid overtime wages and liquidated damages based on representative evidence for approximately 110 oilfield truck drivers where employer asserted the Motor Carrier Act Exemption (assisted in appellate briefing).
- Miller, et al. v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., No. 2:16-CV-05597-JHS (E.D. Pa. May 31, 2018) – Denial of Wells Fargo Bank’s summary judgment on FLSA “off-the-clock” claim, leading to certification of FSLA collective action and ultimate settlement (brief and argued in opposition to motion for summary judgment).
- Kroger Specialty Infusion CA, LLC v. Sturns, et al., No. DC-21-10498, 193rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas – Defeat of plaintiff’s summary judgment motion on tortious interference claims due to former employee (on appeal).
- Represented franchisees of two of the largest fast-food restaurants in the country and world in employment disputes.
- Represented Dallas-based real estate development firm with over $7 billion in residential multi- family communities across the country in employment disputes.
- Represented cell phone parts distributor against one of two largest cell phone manufacturers in the world in major commercial litigation dispute.
- Represented major pharmaceutical company in defeat of noncompete and tortious interference claims against another major pharmaceutical company.
- Represented major payment platform and processing company in arbitration resulting in multi- million dollar verdict against one of the world’s largest financial technology firms.
