Joshua Sandler was invited to speak to the Dallas Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) on Wednesday, June 13th. NELA and its 69 state and local affiliates have more than 4,000 members.

“As someone who regularly represents both employees and employers in disputes relating to non-competes, confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements, and trade secrets, it was an honor to present some of my thoughts on injunctive relief to this great group of trial lawyers,” says Sandler.
