Dallas County civil trial courts are on hold for a week due to concerns with an increase of Covid-19 cases. LPHS partner Michael K. Hurst says while lawyers want to get back in courts, there is an understanding of the need to limit trials.

"It's not gonna do anybody any favors or good with trials taking place and everybody's getting sick," he said.
