Two Dallas Italian restaurants are battling over their names. The owner of Carbone’s has filed a lawsuit against Carbone because of the nearly identical name. LPHS Managing Partner and trademark attorney Chris Schwegmann provided insight. “What will make or break this case is one or the other of the parties showing that they used Carbone or Carbone’s first in commerce.”
