Andrés Correa Named Partner
Dallas-based civil litigation boutique, Lynn Pinker Cox & Hurst, is thrilled to name Andrés Correa as Partner based on his track record of success for clients and leadership role within the firm.
“Andrés is a significant part of the future of this firm. His commitment to creatively but aggressively resolving the business challenge that brings the client to the lawyer, whether through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation, is appreciated and rewarded,” says firm founder Mike Lynn.
Andrés handles business disputes and commercial litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has tried multiple cases to juries and arbitrators, securing over $150 million in judgments for his clients and defeating multi-million dollar claims against his clients. His practice has included litigation regarding oil and gas interests, non-competition agreements, partnership disputes, executive compensation, attorney disqualification, trademarks and trade secrets, and real estate. As a native Spanish speaker, he has also represented Latin American clients in Texas Courts and has helped coordinate multi-national litigation. He has helped clients terminate business relationships when suitable, mediate burgeoning disputes when possible, and litigate in arbitral panels, state and federal courts, and foreign courts when necessary. For his work, Andrés has been recognized as a Rising Star by Texas Lawyer in 2015 and 2016.
Andrés has also remained active in the community. He serves on the Centurions’ Council of the UT System’s Chancellor; is a partner with Social Venture Partners; co-founded and led the Eugene McDermott Scholars Program Alumni Association; and was a member of the inaugural class of the Latino Center for Leadership Development’s Leadership Academy.
