LPHS Announces Office Move for Late 2027

The firm is making plans for a relocation of its offices to The Epic in Deep Ellum in late 2027. LPHS will occupy approximately 51,800 square feet across the 13th and 14th floors of Epic I, located at 2550 Pacific Avenue in the area’s vibrant arts and entertainment district and near Dallas’ urban core.

Those same qualities describe the history of our firm and our approach to practicing law,” said Chris Schwegmann, managing partner. “We’re trial lawyers, and we’re designing these two floors around the way a trial team works: preparing cases, meeting with clients, and training the next generation of courtroom lawyers."

The firm will provide updates on the new office’s features and amenities as plans progress.
