Partner Joshua Sandler and attorney Joshua Lang recently presented a CLE on the topic of impracticability titled, "Legal Impracticability and the Coronavirus: Novel Arguments in a Novel Time." The CLE focused on how sellers and buyers might use impracticability within a sales contract. The discussion also addressed impracticability within a commercial landlord-tenant relationship from the perspective of both the landlord and the tenant.
