Former Dallas Cowboy Michael Irvin continues to seek the public release of a video of his interaction with a Marriott hotel employee just before the Super Bowl. Irvin was removed from his TV assignments after the woman accused him of misconduct, and Irvin responded with a defamation claim against the company. Speaking with FOX4 News, the firm’s David Coale – not involved in the litigation -- explained how the court is likely to manage the discovery demand for release of the hotel lobby video. "The way a court commonly resolves this kind of dispute, where there are issues of privacy, is to allow the discovery, but subject to a court order that limits what can be done with the material," Coale says.
