The first female Chief Judge for the Northern District of Texas is transitioning off the bench to litigation firm Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann. Barbara M.G. Lynn stepped down as the senior judge effective Sept. 1 and will assist the firm in corporate and government investigations, trial consulting, mediations and arbitrations. Judge Lynn was appointed by President Clinton in 1999 and served for 25 years. Judge Lynn, named one of the top 50 most influential women attorneys in the U.S. by The National Law Journal.
