The newly created Texas Business Courts are attracting a great deal of interest in the legal community, and LPHS is pleased to host Judge Bill Whitehill for a Lunch and Learn CLE at noon on Monday, December 2nd. Judge Whitehill was appointed by Gov. Greg Abbot to the First Business Court Division in Dallas after serving a decade on the Texas Fifth Court of Appeals.  

This is a great opportunity to interact with the Judge and to ask him questions directly about the practices and expectations in his court, what litigants should expect from the new system, and the steps businesses can take to assure any disputes are filed in the business courts.
