Preston Hollow Capital LLC urges a federal court to toss counterclaims filed by the city of Hutto, a suburb outside of Austin, and Cottonwood Development Corp. "Put another way, counter-plaintiffs have pled facts that irreparably undermine their breach of contract claim," PHC said in its motion to dismiss Thursday.
