David Coale Elected President of the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit

LPHS partner David Coale has been elected as president of the board of directors of the Bar Association of the Fifth Federal Circuit, and will serve a two-year term. The association is a nonprofit, voluntary organization of more than 6,000 members, primarily in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, who practice before the Fifth Circuit. The BAFFC’s mission is to raise the standards of proficiency and integrity in federal practice and improve the administration of justice in the Fifth Circuit and federal district courts within the circuit.

In addition to his years practicing before the Fifth Circuit, David publishes 600 Camp, a popular blog about business cases before the Court, as well as the 600 Commerce blog highlighting cases in the Dallas Court of Appeals and Texas Supreme Court.
