Long an advocate for the use of cutting-edge technologies in the legal profession, LPHS attorney David Coale participated in a recent webinar focusing on how private and public sector organizations are increasingly using the ChatGPT artificial intelligence model to generate a wide range of content. In discussing his use of the platform during the past year, David notes that ChatGPT can effectively generate routine documents instantly, and can respond to questions with a set of unbiased and clear perspectives. While ChatGPT may not capture certain necessary details, in his experience its use can save valuable time and help avoid the problems of “group think” within teams.
