On February 15, LPHS attorney David Coale conducted a virtual Continuing Legal Education presentation for Dallas Bar Association members on “Recent Cases to Know from the Fifth Courts.” For years David has published the popular blog 600Camp about commercial cases in the U.S. Fifth Circuit, and 600Commerce about Texas’ Fifth District Court of Appeals, based in Dallas. His presentation covered recent significant rulings involving issues related to arbitration, personal jurisdiction, venue, discovery and commercial-litigation topics.
