Coale Discusses SCOTUS Mifepristone Hearing on Live TV

For a live broadcast segment on the Scripps News Network, LPHS partner David Coale provided ongoing analysis for the U.S. Supreme Court hearing over access to the commonly used abortion drug mifepristone. He noted the skepticism expressed by most Justices about the plaintiffs’ arguments.

“Their concern is if we allow you to bring this case, who’s going to be next. And what’s going to be left of medical device regulation in the United States after that.”
