With the U.S. Supreme Court issuing a ruling on the legally untested question of whether former presidents are immune from prosecution for acts they take in office, the firm’s David Coale joined Fox4 for a live in-studio interview about the Court’s decision. He explains that the Court essentially created four “buckets” of tests for how official and individual acts should be separated, and returned the case to the federal district court for further action.

“It definitely tells everybody for generations to come that it’s a very serious thing to prosecute a former president and there are a lot of hoops to jump through. And here are the hoops.”
