Mary Kay filed an infringement lawsuit against Ulta Beauty, claiming the company is using the “Lash Love” brand name for its own mascara without permission. The lawsuit says Mary Kay has used the trademark “Lash Love” to sell mascara products since 2011. Mary Kay has filed a temporary restraining order to stop Ulta Beauty from selling the mascara products.
