Chris Schwegmann Writes on Using AI as a Witness to Cross-Examine

According to LPHS managing partner Chris Schwegmann, artificial intelligence tools offer fluent and well-structured responses, but may not know what a lawyer really needs or which question matters. In an article for the American Bar Association's flagship publication Litigation Journal about artificial intelligence's place in law firms, Chris writes:

"The machine is not a source to be believed. It is a witness to be examined. And the legal profession, it turns out, already owns the discipline that examining a witness requires."
