LPCH attorneys Alan Dabdoub and Pat Disbennett recently obtained a temporary restraining order and an agreed permanent injunction for their client Pediatric Home Healthcare, LLC (PHH) in a trade secrets case. They successfully enforced PHH’s non-compete and confidentiality agreements against a former high-level employee and a PHH competitor. Through their resilient efforts, they secured an agreed permanent injunction that honors PHH’s non-compete agreement, requires the return of any PHH confidential information in their possession, and prohibits the use of PHH’s trade secrets. Their efforts also led to a resolution whereby PHH received a payment from its competitor. The matter was of critical importance to PHH.
