Alan Dabdoub Co-Authors Article on the Risks of AI Prompts

Artificial Intelligence is transforming how organizations work, but brings a set of risks. And it turns out that many in-house legal teams may be focused on the wrong ones. 

In a recent piece for Law.com co-authored by LPHS partner Alan Dabdoub, he explains that the concern is not simply whether AI tools “hallucinate.” The real issue is that the use of AI is creating records that may later become discoverable evidence in litigation. Prompts, outputs, logs, and testing processes can all generate materials that raise questions about privilege, retention, and disclosure.
