Alan Dabdoub and Holly Stubbs recently secured a take nothing judgment at trial for their client, defendant MUSA Financial, LLC, arising out of the sale of a large multi-family loan for the development of an apartment complex in downtown Dallas. Mr. Dabdoub and Ms. Stubbs also defeated at trial unjust enrichment claims brought against the client.
