Employment

In addition to the firm’s strong practice about trade secret and noncompete litigation, the firm represents companies and individuals in disputes about executive compensation. These cases typically involve disputes related to compensation between high-level executives and their employers, including disputes over bonus payments, deferred compensation, profit participation and promises to provide equity ownership.
