Ryan Kemrite

Ryan “Shooter” Kemrite joined LPHS as an Associate in 2024. Ryan represents clients in complex and high-stakes disputes across various industries.

Ryan graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Finance, a B.S. in International Business, and a Master of Business Administration. During his time there, he was a three-time team captain of Liberty’s NCAA Division I varsity basketball team, earning all-conference athletic and academic honors while setting multiple school records for three-point shooting. He also represented the Men’s Basketball Team on the Student Athlete Advisory Council.

In 2022, Ryan graduated magna cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the International Law Review Association and treasurer for the Hispanic Law Student Association. As a Garner Law Scholar, he had the privilege of working alongside Bryan A. Garner, a renowned legal writer and lexicographer.

Prior to joining LPHS, Ryan worked as a forensic accountant for a boutique firm in Miami, Florida, specializing in financial modeling and analysis for ultra-high net worth familial and complex business disputes. He also clerked for U.S. Judge David Counts in the Western District of Texas.

Ryan is professionally fluent in Spanish, and enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Michelle, and their two Goldendoodles, Bonnie and Jack.
