Paulina Nenclares

Paulina Nenclares joined LPHS as an Associate in 2025. Paulina came to LPHS from Jones Day’s Dallas commercial litigation group, where she primarily represented clients in civil investigations and litigation against the U.S. Department of Justice, state attorneys general, and civil plaintiffs. While at Jones Day, Paulina spent significant time working on the massive multi-district opioid litigation against national retail pharmacy chains where she honed her skills of managing parallel complex litigation, fact investigations, and joint defense efforts.  

Paulina attended Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), where she earned a B.A. in Law. While in college, Paulina clerked at the Supreme Court of Mexico for Justice Jorge Mario Pardo Rebolledo and at the Office of the Attorney General. After five years of eating (arguably) the best food in the world, Paulina moved to Austin and received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. She was one of the first graduates from the University of Texas School of Law/ITAM joint-degree program.  

Paulina is fluent in Spanish and English. She loves being involved in her community and was recently chosen to participate in the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class. In her free time, she enjoys biking around White Rock Lake, drinking dirty martinis with her friends, going to concerts, and travelling the world with her loved ones.
