Madelyn C. Stanley
Madelyn Stanley joined LPHS as an Associate in 2025 representing clients in complex commercial litigation and high-stakes trial work. Madelyn has extensive experience in civil and criminal matters, handling matters from discovery and motion practice through trial and appeal.
Prior to joining LPHS, Madelyn was an associate at an international law firm, where she litigated shareholder appraisal and class action matters, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty disputes, banking fraud enforcement actions, and federal investment fraud cases. Madelyn also served as a Term Clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth “Betsy” Chestney in the Western District of Texas.
Madelyn earned her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Managing Editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal and as a Legal Writing Fellow. She holds a B.B.A., summa cum laude, from Texas Christian University, where she was a Chancellor’s Scholar and founded the university chapter of the International Justice Mission, a global anti-human trafficking organization. Madelyn has traveled to India on multiple occasions to collaborate with local anti–human trafficking organizations in and around New Delhi and to present at an anti–human trafficking conference hosted by the U.S. Consulate General in Kolkata.
Active in professional leadership, Madelyn served as Co-Chair of the Trial Skills Committee for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, organizing CLE programs and mock trial workshops for early-career attorneys. In October 2023, she was recognized by DAYL as “One to Watch.”
Madelyn is an active member of Lake Highlands United Methodist Church and the Lake Highlands Junior Women’s League.
