Lenita Salas

Lenita W. Salas joined LPHS as a Staff Attorney with a background in commercial litigation and electronic discovery.  She brings extensive experience across legal areas including intellectual property disputes, oil and gas environmental litigation, toxic tort actions, employment claims, data and privacy breaches, and regulatory investigations.  Lenita has a keen eye for detail and commitment to advocacy as she strives to make the litigation process as efficient and effective as possible for clients.

Before LPHS, Lenita practiced at a Texas-based litigation firm as well as a large AmLaw 100 Firm. She also honed her legal technology skills working with eDiscovery consulting firms and developed her knowledge of document review platforms, including Relativity, DISCO and Everlaw.  Fluent in Spanish as well, Lenita can seamlessly assist in both languages.

From a proud Texas Aggie Family, Lenita completed her undergraduate degree as a President’s Endowed Scholar at Texas A&M University.  She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law School.  During and after law school, she volunteered with Lawyers in Schools, sharing with students what it means to be an attorney and what steps they should take to go to law school.

Lenita is licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the professional organization, Women in EDiscovery.  She likes to spend her free time with her husband and children volunteering at school, enjoying nature, exploring new places and cheering on all their activities.
