Erin M. Elms-Nemec

Erin M. Elms-Nemec joined LPHS as an Associate in 2024, bringing a strong background in advocacy, legal research, and writing. In addition to her legal expertise, Erin is a skilled moderator, leader, and presenter, making her a well-rounded asset to the firm.

Erin graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Michigan State University and went on to receive her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and Order of Coif. While at Texas A&M, Erin served as a research assistant, legal writing teaching assistant, academic support teaching assistant, and as Online Managing Editor for the Law Review. She was also a member of the Student Bar Association and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in October 2022.

Before joining LPHS, Erin served as a judicial law clerk for United States Magistrate Judge Rebecca Rutherford and United States District Judge Sam A. Lindsay in the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. She also interned with the United States Attorney's Office and with United States District Judge Karen Gren Scholer in the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.

Erin founded a charity supporting the Mercy Center, a local orphanage in Southeast Asia, and is deeply committed to giving back through active volunteer work at local food pantries. In her free time, she enjoys group fitness classes and cheering on her favorite football teams, including the Aggies, Philadelphia Eagles, Spartans, and Chicago Bears.
