LPHS partner Mary Goodrich Nix has been named to the list of the Lawdragon 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers for 2025. The prestigious list, first published in 2017, acknowledges the top attorneys in the nation with Mary singled out for her work in Labor & Employment Litigation. 

Lawdragon compiles honorees through editorial research, submissions, and nominations, and those featured in this year's list come from more than 70 law firms nationwide, with only 10 attorneys based in Dallas and a total of 17 in Texas. As the publication’s editor states in introducing the list: “These lawyers are champions who stand tall and deliver justice to individuals who have lost their means to make a living, their freedom, their dignity.” 

Mary has conducted trials and arbitrated numerous cases throughout Texas and in other parts of the nation, particularly in matters involving the protection of confidential information, trade secrets, and other intellectual property assets.
