Mary Goodrich Nix Selected Among Nation’s Top Employment Lawyers

LPHS partner Mary Goodrich Nix has been named to the list of the Lawdragon 500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers for 2026. The prestigious list, first published in 2017, acknowledges the top attorneys in the nation with Mary honored for the third consecutive year for her work in Labor & Employment Litigation. 

The Lawdragon editorial team selected this year’s recipients through the publication’s established process of peer submissions, journalistic research and editorial vetting. Honorees for this year come from more than 70 law firms nationwide, with only 10 honorees based in Dallas.

During the past year, Mary and other LPHS attorneys have been featured by the publication on lists of the Leading Lawyers in America (Commercial Litigation), Leading Litigators in America, Top Corporate Employment Lawyers, Leading Global IP Lawyers, and Global Leaders in Energy.   

In her distinguished career Mary has represented companies and individuals as both defendants and plaintiffs in numerous cases throughout Texas and in other parts of the nation, particularly in matters involving the protection of confidential information, trade secrets, and other intellectual property assets.
