Many questions still surround President Biden's recent vaccine mandate for federal workers and private businesses with more than 100 employees, especially in the D-FW arts and cultural sector. LPHS labor and employment partner Mary Goodrich Nix says she expects OSHA to clarify questions about part-timers versus full-time workers.
